Naomi did an absolutely amazing job helping us find and move into our new home! She's warm and personable and you can tell immediately that she has your best interests at heart. From the house hunting process to the lease signing to HOA approval, Naomi got things done quickly and didn't hesitate to do whatever she could to make everything go as smoothly as possible. She's a great negotiator and not only got our rent lowered by $100, but helped us renegotiate the terms of our lease to grant us more protections. We needed a really quick turnover from signing the lease to moving in and even with an HOA approval process that could take up to 30 days, we got in in less than two weeks with Naomi's help. There are so many terrible realtors in Florida that are only in it for themselves and don't care about your needs at all. Naomi is not one of them.
